LocationPhnom Penh
- Handle Apparel Production Management, ensure right quality, right vendor, right price and on time delivery.
- Coordinate with the team, vendors and factories to manage the very best product quality and on-time delivery.
- Identify and resolve the quality issue and delivery delay with vendors and factories with collaborating with QA/QC
- Work closely with HK & China, New York production, QA team and local manager to align with the company's requirements and stay updated on the latest product direction and work-in-progress
- Support Regularly meeting with China and NY production team to review production status and address quality issues
- Regularly visit key suppliers mills in local to develop suppliers, manage factories’ capacity allocation and reservation
- Prepare impactful product presentations and entertain Customers during visits to Hong Kong and Shanghai offices.
- Work closely with the China Merchandising team to ensure on-time and accurate samples that result in orders, along with prompt and competitive price quotes.
- Review new developments or adopted styles with Hong Kong Technical team to ensure the product offer is backed-up by excellent quality.
- Set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Develop self professional growth and development.
- Foster collaboration between teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in merchandising
- Knowledge of Handbag manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for product presentation and visual aesthetics.
- Up-to-date on the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working across diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe products
