Responsibilities and Duties

Assist the CEO and company founder with overall business and warehouse operations
Responsibility includes overseeing all staff, their employment, compliance, and HR functions for new hires
Maintain physical company operations by managing repairs, maintenance, and installing new equipment
Manage and oversee international operations and foreign employees in offices in other countries
Evaluate current company operations and business processes, and recommend new ways to be efficient
Plan for additional business expansion, new operations, and more hiring in Cambodia and international

Qualifications and Skills

University (Bachelor) degree or equivalent is required
Business Management, Accounting, or Pharmacy degree is preferred
Experience working in medical supplies, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or supermarket business is a plus
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required
Experience using AI tools is a plus (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude)
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to join some international travel
Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills
Honest and positive attitude
