Supply Planner is responsible for related supply plan activities, associated with Supply Points. S/he will lead weekly Meetings with Supply Points & to assist Planning Manager to achieve the optimum supply level and maximize the cost efficiency. Supply Planner follow up closely with SC Operation Executive to ensure on-time clearance/minimize demurrage & detention charged.
She/he plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders including, but not limited to, supply points, distributors, forwarder, clearance agent, customs, customer, and commercial & finance.
Health & Safety (WISE): Contribute to the achievement of a Zero Accident during working hours through active participation in and support of the company’s health & safety (WISE) program.
Local Code and Danone Policies
- Respect specific rules with Cambodia Milk Code for the marketing of products for infant and young child feeding which covers the requirements for WHO Code of Breast Milk Substitute.
- Commit to follow the guidance of the Danone Policy for the Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes and Other Foods Intended for Infant and Young Children from time to time.
- Assure adherence to all code of conduct, integrity, HCS Policy and other act/guidelines issued by the company from time to time.
Supply Planning
- To get final Supply Plan in total and to split in KH Rolling by distributors from N+1
Weekly Call with Supply Points:
- To work with Supply Points and SC Operation to have shipment on-time & ensure that quantity be delivered per GPS number.
- To give alert/analysis if there is potential deviation Vs plan that could lead to OOS or Overstock
Report submission
- To send out weekly/monthly report to Finance/Distributors per defined timeline
- To get final Supply Plan in total from Planning Manager and to split quantity by distributor in Shipment Rolling file.
- To get detail ETD/ETA to cover M+3 rolling, in line with M+3 rolling FG PO confirmation from distributors.
- To update Split quantity based on actual release from Supply Points, while maintaining each month landing.
- To Provide Bi-weekly Shipment plan update to Distributors
- To identify end-month delivery risk Vs cut-off date & unloading capacity at distributors
- Drive weekly Operation Meeting with Supply Points to ensure ETD/ETA and quantity landed per GPS
- Update final qty from SPs Vs firmed qty from Distributors
- Work closely with Operation executive to connect with Export team (Supply Points) for all incoming import schedules
- Monthly KH rolling update to Finance
- Monthly actual sell-in update by DISTRIBUTORS & TOTAL COUNTRY
- Validate Monthly PO hard copied Vs firmed Supply Plan from Planning Manager
- Goods In Transit to SEA Operation Director
- Bi-weekly shipment arrival
- Bachelor degree of accounting/finance/economic
- Relevant knowledge in analysis and calculation
- Minimum 2 years experiences in demand planning/supply planning in similar industry
- Related experiences in Customs and Importation documentation
- Computer literate – SAP, advanced Excel, PowerPoint
