Responsibilities and Duties
- Inspect and verify finished goods upon arrival to ensure compliance with company specifications and government registration standards.
- Check packaging, labeling, and product condition before releasing into warehouse.
- Conduct cycle counts and stock quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Approve or reject incoming shipments based on inspection results.
- Monitor warehouse conditions (storage, stacking, pest control, EHS compliance) to maintain product quality.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain QA/QC documentation for audits and traceability.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on non-conformities, stock discrepancies, and corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits by regulatory authorities.
- Train warehouse/QC staff on product handling, inspection, and quality standards.
- Report directly to Managing Director with updates on quality issues, inspection results, and inventory control findings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- 3–5 years’ QA/QC or warehouse quality experience in pesticides, agrochemicals, or FMCG.
- Knowledge of inspection standards, product labeling, and pesticide regulations.
- Experience in inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Supervisory and reporting skills.
- Good in English
