The Warehouse Assistant (Outbound-Picker) is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing goods for shipment, ensuring timely dispatch. This role includes picking items according to order specifications, packing them securely, and assisting with inventory management. Attention to detail and teamwork skills are essential, as well as compliance with safety protocols, to support overall logistics efficiency.

• Goods Picking: Assist the Line Manager in picking goods for sales and consignment in Phnom Penh and provinces.
• Returns Handling: Support the Line Manager in managing returns from sales and customer consignments, preparing "Goods Return" and "Goods Receive Inspection Reports," and setting aside items as instructed.
• Inventory Counts: Conduct daily, quarterly, and annual physical counts as requested by Inventory Control.
• Temperature Recording: Update and maintain temperature control records for each designated location.
• Damage Reporting: Promptly report any damaged or expired products to the Line Manager.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in regular checks and maintenance of reach trucks and forklifts.
• Storage Compliance: Ensure that goods are stored according to established "Storing Guidelines."
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a neat and tidy warehouse environment.
• Team Support: Assist coworkers with related tasks as needed.
• Rule Adherence: Comply with all company rules and regulations.
• Quality Improvement Participation: Participate in the Quality Work Environment Program through KAIZEN and 5S initiatives.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Work involves lifting materials and products weighing up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Must be available to work on weekends and be flexible with early arrivals or late departures to complete delivery tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, vocational training, or an associate degree in a related field.
• Good in English, including writing, reading, and speaking skills.
• Minimum of one year of experience in consumer retail packaged goods, Medical Equipment, Medical Consumables, Medical Device, and/or product distribution preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations and logistics is desirable.
• Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, internet navigation, and email communication.
• Understanding of distribution processes to enhance warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong initiative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
