The Head of Administration & Procurement is responsible for overseeing all administrative and procurement operations with integrity, transparency, and strict compliance with company policies.
Administrative Leadership
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Manage budgeting, expense reporting, and asset maintenance.
- Oversee office facilities, including maintenance and new setups.
- Ensure transparent vendor management and contract administration.
- Lead and support the admin team to foster collaboration and productivity.
Procurement Management
- Execute all procurement activities with fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Select suppliers and negotiate contracts based on ethical standards.
- Ensure cost efficiency and quality in purchasing decisions.
- Strictly follow the CEO-approved policies and approval processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of administration and procurement principles.
- Proven ability to work with honesty, transparency, and integrity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management tools.
