Under the responsibilities of Site Manager, this position has the responsibility for the engineering review and evaluation of the wind project site to ensure delivery in cost, time, quality and safety expects. Your broad Electric engineering background in contractor management, Substation, TL coordination with EDC, test / commissioning and not limited to any other construction activities, HSE or any other local regulations to be applied. The EBOP Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external parties to ensure project success.

• Design and Contractors Method Statement review
• Approval and leading any change in Contractor document or MS, with the support of the EBOP Engineers
• Support and evaluation with the Site Manager in any changes in the commercial offer, VO, extension of time or any other claims from the Contractors
• Coordinating with the team in reviewing, coordinating, controlling and following up works with contractors in order to ensure that the engineering, procurement and construction works are in accordance with the project specification, on time and on budget, in accordance with the objective of the project.
• Coordinating with team and providing technical support on relevant issues in order to complete project effectively.
• Responsible for direct supervision, development and evaluation of engineers assigned to EBOP TEAM.
• Lead and participate in regularly scheduled project meetings to coordinate and make sure the Contractor or other parties’ performance and achievements is in line with the Project Schedule and requirements.
• Manage engineering support for final permitting, general/ sub-contractor scope of work definition, bidding and independent engineering reviews of projects. Oversee work product of internal and external parties assigned to projects.
