• Flight plan submissions
• Flight manual updates
• Record monitoring (Pilot flight times and fuel stocks)
• Weight and balance retention
• ATL checking and distribution
• Manifest record retention
• Customer services, including backing up the receptionist when necessary
• Office supply/stock checking/monitoring
• Flight Operation Manual Updates for all aircraft and bases both physical and digital
• Other necessary administrative tasks as assigned by the Flight Operations Director
• Good English language skills
• Good communication skills via Email, messenger, and other communication channels
• Good IT skills, Word docs and Excel spreadsheets
• Willingness to learn and follow department procedures
• Flexible with work hours
