Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for an efficient Property Services Executive will support the Property Services Manager in the daily administrative and operational duties related to property management. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, coordinating maintenance requests, preparing documentation, and assisting in smooth property operations. To be successful as a property manager (services or operations) you should be able to ensure efficient daily operations and meet financial objectives. Ultimately, an outstanding property manager should be able to increase property value and satisfy tenant requirements.

Property Service Executive Responsibilities but not limited to (Services / Operations):

  • Assist the Property Services Manager in day-to-day property management tasks across multi-properties.
  • Coordinate with tenants/owners on service requests, complaints, and feedback.
  • Support the concierge team and ensure professional front-line customer service.
  • Assist in the handover and reinstatement processes of units.
  • Maintain updated records of lease agreements, tenancy documents, and other property-related files.
  • Monitor and help with collection of service fees and follow-ups on late payments.
  • Assist in coordinating property events and functions.
  • Help prepare basic reports on property performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Perform regular property checks and report any defects or non-compliance issues.
  • Provide translation or communication support in English and Chinese when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or administrative support (fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered).
  • Good communication skills in English  and able to speak Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer-oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or travel to different properties when necessary.

Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin would be considered an asset.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills are essential requirements as well as strong organisational, excellent time management skills
