Responsibilities and Duties

Support drawings for Project Department
Conceptual layout proposal
Detailed joinery drawing
Visit construction sites from time to time to ensure project alignment and progress
Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and expectations
3D rendering

Qualifications and Skills

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
Friendly, approachable, and thrives in high-pressure environments
Be able to use AutoCAD, SketcUp, 3Ds Max, illustrator, Photoshop or in relative software
Be able to use Microsoft Oﬃce (Word, Excel, Power Point…)
Be able to communicate and writing in English with Chinese is considered an advantage
