To conduct corporate and individual sales, create opportunities to make new business.

• Drive corporate and individual sale as per set target
• Visiting calls (direct approach) as per assigned plan
• Achieve the sales target number of group business and individual by doing direct selling and closing
• Submitted daily and weekly sales report to the line manager.
• Clear all pending to ensure the case get issued within standard TAT
• Reach out to line manager to participate in joint fieldworkto improve sales performance
• Handle claims and complaints from customer and forward to Fortune life’s claim team ASAP
• Maintain high quality of sales professional and compliance standard following company’s market conduct guidelines.
• Build relationship with Alpha Group to increase engagement and get more referrals
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

• A college degree in business administration majoring in marketing or business-related field
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, banking, and finance are preferable
• Experience as sales in life insurance or insurance company would be advantageous
• Result-oriented, strong commitment, and self-driven individuals
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to manage and work independently
• Computer literacy (MS Word/Excel, Internet, E-mail) is essential
• Chinese speaking is preferable
