Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote cement sewer products in the Cambodian market. This includes managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing marketing initiatives, and working closely with the General Manager to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction materials market, and a hands-on approach suited to a startup environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales:

  • Identify and target key customers in construction, infrastructure, drainage, and municipal sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, project consultants, and government bodies.
  • Develop pricing proposals, respond to tenders, and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and follow up on project leads.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the GM.

Marketing:

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Create marketing content including brochures, social media posts, banners, and product *catalogs.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website and digital marketing channels.
  • Organize product demonstrations, trade events, and networking sessions with key industry players.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Strategic & Administrative:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Work with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies, product development ideas, and business expansion plans.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in construction materials, cement products, or infrastructure-related industries.
  • Knowledge of precast concrete products or sewer infrastructure is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in Khmer and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a startup environment.
