JOB TITLE:  PRODUCTION MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)

REPORTS TO:  MANAGEMENT

LOCATION:   NATIONAL ROAD 51, KAMPONG SPEU

SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE

1. Ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly, are cost-effective and deliver products on time and of the right quality.

2. Responsible for production planning, production output, product quality control, on-time stock control and shipping, and keep up to date with latest effective production methods and technology.

3. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day production and technical operations to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

4. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production, technical and machinery operations.

5. Estimate costs and set quality standards. Ensure product quality through effective quality

management systems, procedures and standard operating processes.

6. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and

maintaining quality standards.

7. Oversees the manufacture of products, including materials procurement and vendor management,

ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.

8. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

9. Work with maintenance team or vendors, to maintain all machines and tools are always working in good condition.

10. Manage raw material inventory, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and meet production demands.

11. Ensure all workers maintain productivity and staying on delegated tasks.

12. Prepare and present regular production reports to general manager, maintaining accurate records of production activities.

13. Any other task as instructed by the General Manager.

1. Bachelor/ MA degree in Engineering or related field. Understanding of Construction will be a plus.

2. At least 5 years’ experience in a production management role, preferably in the building materials manufacturing, steel and metal fabrication industry.

3. Proven experience in managing a production team and optimizing manufacturing processes.

4. Excellent written and verbal English.

5. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

6. Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and inventory management.

7. Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.

8. Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes

9. Strong attention to detail, good time management skills. and the ability to priorities.
