Senior Stock Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s inventory to ensure stock levels are accurate, efficient, and meet operational needs. This role involves monitoring stock movements, conducting regular stock audits, and maintaining detailed inventory records. They will also ensure the safe, organized storage of inventory while adhering to company policies and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to inventory management, contributing to the smooth operation of the supply chain. 

• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient stock is available for production
• Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records in the inventory management system.
• Track and manage stock movements, including receiving, storage, distribution, and stock transfers.
• Ensure timely reordering of stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and are free from defects.
• Ensure proper organization and storage of stock in the warehouse, optimizing space and improving stock accessibility.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems in real-time.
• Generate regular stock reports, including inventory levels, stock usage, and variances.
• Provide analysis and reporting on stock discrepancies, aging inventory, and slow-moving items to management.
• Perform periodic physical stock audits and reconcile differences between physical stock and recorded inventory.
• Communicate any stock shortages, discrepancies, or issues with supply chain teams to resolve problems quickly.
• Ensure that stock is stored and handled according to safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure that stock availability aligns with customer orders and business requirements. 

• Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration or any related field study
• 2-year experiences with stock management in factory industrial
• Able to communicate in English both verbal speaking and writing
• Good of computer skills, Microsoft Office, Internet & Email and Stock Management Software
• Strong commitment, desire to learn new things, Positive attitude and hard working.
• Positive attitude to work in direction independently and work under pressure.
• Be honest, confident, fast moving, well discipline, reliable, friendly personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
