This role promotes and sells products, including medical equipment and consumables. It is primarily involved in the entire sales process, from generating leads to collecting payments from customers.
• Obtain in-depth knowledge of the products and educate customers to generate interest and sales, aiming to achieve the company's targets and KPIs.
• Engage in consultative selling, focusing on understanding customers' needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with both customers and prospects.
• Manage customer accounts and resolve complaints by investigating issues, preparing reports, and suggesting effective solutions.
• Collect market information, analyze data, and monitor market trends to implement sales and marketing strategies, thereby increasing brand awareness of the company and its products.
• Explore competitor activities, regulatory changes, and industry developments to identify opportunities, stay ahead in the market, and expand or adjust the product portfolio to meet market demands.
• Communicate with the principal regarding product knowledge, pricing, market information, sales forecasts, and purchasing plans.
• Collaborate with internal partners, including sales administrators, service engineers, and other departments, to ensure a smooth process for purchasing, sales, and after-sales service.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars organized by suppliers and the company.
• Occasionally provide on-site support with engineers for installation and user training to ensure successful order fulfilment.
• Provide daily activity updates, a weekly plan, and reports to the Business Manager.
• Be open to occasional international travel for product training or attendance at international conferences.
• Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, laboratory sciences, or a related field
• Preferably a recent graduate or someone with experience, especially in the sales of medical equipment
• Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Enthusiastic and comfortable working in dynamic environments
• Initiative-driven, accountable, and able to handle stress effectively
