Responsibilities and Duties
- Primary responsible for on-site claims investigation
- Review claims documents and interact with the insured to collect claims evidence and analyse supporting documents
- Maintain claims reports and filling
- Liaise with the insured, claimant, intermediaries and other relevant parties involving with the claims process
- Monitor claims notification and register
- Prepare payment request and update the claims status in the system
- Prepared to perform on-site visitation and field work
- Undertake other claims duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor in Law, Business Administration, Management and other relevant courses
- At least 1 year of experience in claims
- Good written and verbal communication in Khmer and English
- Has integrity and good problem solving skills
- Committed, motivated, dynamic, resourceful and result-oriented
