Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee daily hostel operations, ensuring world class guest experiences
- Lead and motivate the team, fostering a fun and inclusive environment
- Manage reservations, daily hostel operations, and hostel events
- Maintain high standards of hostel cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate with the General Manager to drive growth and innovation
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hostel or hotel
- Proven experience managing a busy F&B operation, preferably a busy bar & restaurant or beach club
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Passion for travel and adventure
- Fluency in Khmer and English
- This position is available for local Khmer nationals only
