The Fitness Instructor or Pleads our talented front-of-house teams to provide award-winning luxury experiences to our guests. From setting foot on the island until they wave goodbye, it ensures our guests have an unforgettable experience.

This role requires a dynamic, motivated individual who embraces Song Saa’s high-end, responsible tourism vision.

• Work with the Spa & Wellness Manager to ensure that all relevant systems and procedures are aligned and executed consistently.
• Oversee the development and expansion of the fitness circuit.
• Develop a fitness journey & wellness experience
• Overseeing flawless execution of all wellness programs and experiences and ensuring adherence to the brand standards and fantastic guest experience.
• Display leadership in ensuring exceptional guest experience, excellent customer service, and developing strategies to achieve operational growth.
• To establish and encourage a strong relationship with our guests and provide accurate and accessible information about our facilities and services by being present and “hands-on”.
• Maximize all team members' revenue and productivity and identify the most efficient means to direct resort information to guests.
• Foster a learning culture within the departments and encourage the team to interact through soft/social skills development.
• Review comment cards, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and incorporate innovative ideas into our offerings.
• In-depth knowledge of gym equipment, machines, and fitness techniques

Desired Skills in any of the following:

• Certified Fitness Instructor   * Certified Pilates Instructor

• Yoga                                         * with 1^st Aid Certification

 Personal Requirements:

• At least three years of experience as a Certified Fitness Instructor in high-end hospitality & wellness properties
• Broad knowledge of physical exercise and human physiology, with the ability to determine appropriate workout plans according to individual needs and goals
• Proven experience designing workout plans tailored to individuals
• Creative, adventurous personality with an eye for detail and strong guest communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English to an exceptional standard.
• Proven track record of positive, assertive leadership, team player and flexibility in a team environment.
• This position would suit someone with South East Asian working experience.
• Open to Cambodian nationals and Asian expats.
