Job Summary
Job title: Ticketing Supervisor
Working time: 8:00AM – 17:00PM, from Monday to Saturday Noon
Report to: Superior Director
Working location: Branch of Trans World Aviation Limited in Cambodia.
Responsibilities and Duties
- In charge of booking/reserving seats of PR Airlines
- Support and answer questions of BSP & Non BSP agents about conditions, regulations on reservation, ticket issuance and policies of PR Airlines
- Support deposit/export and report group tickets
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or tourism
- At least 2 years of relevant experiences in airline or air ticket from travel agency
- Knowledge of market leader/business strategies, familiarization with “airline products” and needs of the forwarding industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in computer application and good command of written and spoken English.
