Responsibilities and Duties
- Opening declarations and customs clearance of shipments at the port/airport/border gate (knowing how to handle goods in transit is an advantage)
- Receiving/picking up goods at the airport/port.
- CO and phytosanitary registration.
- Make a Phyto documents and receive the original Phyto (if any).
- Submit and get C/O, Fumi,...
- Get B/L, submit documents to shipping company.
- Support Sales and Logitstics departments in handling other tasks related to documents and declarations.
- Track the progress of each shipment and notify relevant departments

- ទទួលទំនិញនៅព្រលានយន្តហោះ/កំពង់ផែ។
- ការចុះឈ្មោះ CO និង KDTV ។
- ធ្វើសេចក្តីព្រាងឯកសារ Phyto និងទទួលបាន Phyto ច្បាប់ដើម (ប្រសិនបើមាន)។
- ដាក់ស្នើ និងទទួល C/O, Fumi,...
- យក B/L និងប្រគល់ឯកសារទៅអោយក្រុមកាប៉ាលដឹកជញ្ជូន
- ជួយក្នុងការលក់ និងចូលប្រពន្ធ័គ្រប់គ្រងកិច្ចការផ្សេងៗដែលទាក់ទងនឹងការបើកឯកសារ និងលិខិតប្រកាសផ្សេងៗ
- តាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការដឹកជញ្ជូននីមួយៗ និងជូនដំណឹងដល់ផ្នែកពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduated from college, university in relevant majors: international business, logistics & supply chain, …
- At least 2 year of experience at Logistics/Forwarder companies.
- Fluent in Vietnamese, Khmer languages. English and Chinese are an advantage.
- Proficient common software (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook...).
- Strong communication skills, high responsibility and be able to work under pressure.
- Careful, active, enthusiastic.
