Job Summary

Our Fitness/Sales Consultant will be a fully committed business professional whose primary role will be to help drive sales revenue for our Retail and Commercial Fitness business units so that we meet our yearly sales targets while being able to provide the best customer service experiences. You will achieve this by creating, cultivating, and closing retail and commercial inbound and outbound opportunities. You will also be supported by a dedicated sales team, seasoned managers, and equipped with all the necessary tools and resources to ensure your success.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of the Company’s products and solutions.
  • Manage sales pipeline by utilizing our CRM (Salesforce) with accurate and timely updates.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs, identify pain points, and determine how our products and solutions can address those requirements.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and demonstrations tailored to the specific products and solutions to display its functionality, performance, and benefits, using creative and persuasive techniques to influence buying decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as trusted advisors, offering expertise and support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.
  • Develop and implement sales plans/strategies and reports, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by helping achieve yearly sales targets for the Retail and Commercial Fitness business units.
Qualifications and Skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Management and/or equivalent practical/professional experience.
  • Languages: Khmer, English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Sound sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using computers and relevant software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Passion for fitness, sports, and/or an active lifestyle.
  • Remains positive and is a constant professional when working.
